Earning Rewards Is Easy
To earn your rewards, simply complete the following activities and transactions in your Cash Back Rewards checking account each monthly qualification cycle:
- Have at least 5 debit card purchases (each in the amount of at least $5.00) post and settle to your account
- Be enrolled in online banking, and be enrolled in and agree to receive e-Statements
If you don’t qualify for the month, it’s no big deal. There’s still no monthly fee, and you can get right back to earning cash rewards the very next qualification cycle!

Account approval, conditions, qualifications, limits, timeframes, enrollments, log-ons and other requirements apply. A minimum $50 deposit is required to open Cash Back Rewards Checking. No minimum balance other than tiers stated below are required to earn the APY (Annual Percentage Yield). There are no recurring monthly service charges or fees to open or close this account unless the account is closed within the first ninety (90) days. Please refer to our separate fee schedule for additional information about charges.
To earn your rewards, complete the following transactions and activities in your Cash Back Rewards Checking account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least 5 debit card purchases (each in the amount of at least $5.00) post and settle to your account
- Be enrolled in online banking, and be enrolled in and agree to receive e-Statements
Please be aware that it may take one or more business days after your transaction date for a transaction to post to your account. Transactions occurring during the last few days of the qualification cycle may not post to your account in time to count towards rewards. Qualification cycle calendar is available here.
2.00% cash back on PIN-based or signature-based debit card purchases up to a total of $400.00 that post and settle to the account during that monthly qualification cycle period. A maximum of $8.00 cash back may be earned per monthly qualification cycle. You will also receive reimbursements for nationwide ATM fees (up to $20.00) incurred during the monthly qualification cycle in which you qualified. Cash back payments and ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to your Cash Back Rewards Checking account on the last day of the statement cycle. Rates and rewards are variable and are subject to change. APYs accurate as of 3/18/2026. Refer to BrentwoodBank.com/Rates for current rates. Fees may reduce the earnings on the account.The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by Brentwood Bank as ATM transactions and purchases made with non-Brentwood Bank issued debit or credit cards. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means the current Statement Cycle.
When Cash Back Rewards qualifications are not met, no cash back rewards are earned and ATM fees are not refunded.
