One of Vince’s favorite quotes is this: “Invest in things you believe in.”

It makes a lot of sense. Because if there’s a construction project underway in Pittsburgh’s South Hills Region, chances are Vince had a hand in it. He serves as Brentwood Bank’s Residential and Consumer Lending Manager, a critical liaison role that helps meet the demanding financial needs of local builders, developers and realtors. A member of Brentwood Bank since 1997, Vince is passionate about both his job and helping local communities thrive through increased development. To help gain a deeper understanding of those he serves, Vince is a long-time member of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh as well as a licensed real estate agent.

A husband and father, Vince is also proud of his Italian heritage. He’s a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, enjoys making wine and is currently planning another tour of Italy. When not helping his clients or planning a trip to the Old Country, you can often find Vince surveying the rolling hills and winding roads of Western PA from the seat of his motorcycle.

Lena believes in helping her customers throughout the entire mortgage journey by simplifying the process and taking the guesswork out of home lending. She’s also a big proponent of deeply understanding both her customers and their needs.

Here's an example. She once helped a first-generation homebuyer navigate the pre-approval process after he didn’t get the service he deserved from other banks. Lena kept him from getting discouraged and even discovered a grant covering nearly all his closing costs.

When she isn’t helping her customers, Lena enjoys spending time with her husband, young son and dog. An avid reader, this year she’s set the goal of finishing fifty books. Keeping in character, at least one will probably be on customer service.

Whether that means purchasing a home, adding more room to your existing home or finally creating your dream kitchen, her goal is to offer you and your family the best value while making the process simple and transparent. If you’re a first-time home buyer, you hold a special place in her heart. She loves taking the time to educate, ensuring you come out informed and prepared.

Doug McNelis is a seasoned banker with over thirty years in residential, private, and commercial lending. 

Doug enjoys cultivating long term relationships with his clients and centers of influence. He is seen in the market as someone who advises clients and related entities on straightforward purchase mortgages to complex credit matters. Doug does his best to analyze a clients lending needs based on their short term and long-term financial goals.

While Doug has the title of VP, Business Development, he collaborates with all bank divisions to foster a team environment when building a client's total banking relationship.

When Doug is not serving client needs, he enjoys time with family, traveling, and golfing.

As a VP, Mortgage Lending Officer at Brentwood Bank, Tom often meets people at many places within the homeowner journey. Maybe they’re a first-time buyer. Or they need to fix up their existing home, expand to a larger one or draw on the equity in their property to get the funds for needed improvements. No matter what services they need, Tom is always ready to help. He’s so devoted to his customers that if they’re not tech-savvy, he’ll drive to their home and walk them through the process in person.  

When he’s not securing mortgages, Tom is a father of three girls and loves everything about being a family man. He also roots hard for our local teams, no matter the sport.
