Vincent L. Cassano
It makes a lot of sense. Because if there’s a construction project underway in Pittsburgh’s South Hills Region, chances are Vince had a hand in it. He serves as Brentwood Bank’s Residential and Consumer Lending Manager, a critical liaison role that helps meet the demanding financial needs of local builders, developers and realtors. A member of Brentwood Bank since 1997, Vince is passionate about both his job and helping local communities thrive through increased development. To help gain a deeper understanding of those he serves, Vince is a long-time member of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh as well as a licensed real estate agent.
A husband and father, Vince is also proud of his Italian heritage. He’s a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, enjoys making wine and is currently planning another tour of Italy. When not helping his clients or planning a trip to the Old Country, you can often find Vince surveying the rolling hills and winding roads of Western PA from the seat of his motorcycle.
Andrew Goff
Andy Goff is Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager at Brentwood Bank, where he leads the bank’s residential lending team and helps buyers and homeowners feel confident at every stage of the mortgage process. With a coach’s mindset and a passion for problem-solving, Andy takes pride in guiding clients through purchases and refinances with clear communication, smart options, and personalized support.
Andy’s path to mortgage banking is anything but ordinary. A former professional baseball player and college team captain, he brings discipline, leadership, and teamwork into everything he does. He began originating mortgages in 2018 after being encouraged by an industry colleague who saw his natural ability to connect with people—and never looked back. Along the way, Andy also owned and operated a successful insurance agency for nearly a decade, building strong referral relationships across Western Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Communication and a master’s degree in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania, Andy is a member of BNI Western Pennsylvania’s Wealth Builders Chapter and is deeply rooted in the local community. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband to his wife and three children. When he’s not helping clients or coaching his kids’ teams, you’ll likely find Andy sneaking in some fall golf or enjoying time at Nemacolin Woodlands—always bringing the same energy and enthusiasm he brings to his role at Brentwood Bank.
