We offer unsecured small business loans up to $100,000 and secured small business loans up to $500,000. An expedited review process will allow us to quickly respond to applications once they are submitted.

Small Business Loan FAQs


Learn more about our offerings and see if one may be right for you and your business. 

  • Owner must be age 18 or older and a U.S. citizen or resident alien
  • Be registered as either an S Corp, C Corp, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Partnership or Sole Proprietorship
  • Owners of 20% or more of business must guarantee loan
  • You will need to open a Brentwood Bank Business Checking Account (loan payments will be automatically debited monthly)

  • Business Legal Name, address and phone number 
  • Business Tax ID Number and Owner’s Social Security Number
  • Copy of your most recent business tax return
  • Valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID to validate your identity
  • If you are planning on adding other authorized signers, you will need each person’s name, address, phone number, Social Security Number and valid ID

Funds must be used for a business purpose, such as working capital, expansion, equipment purchases, or other improvements.

Payments will be made via auto-debit from a Brentwood Business Checking account.

There is a one-time origination fee of $350.00 due when the loan closes.  If your loan remains current and in good standing, no other fees are due.

You have 30 days from the date the application is started to submit the completed application.

After 30 days, the application is no longer accessible. A new one would need to be created.
