Ryan isn’t about meeting his customers' needs. He’s all about exceeding them.
There are a lot of banks what would love to have Ryan on their team. But he’s chosen Brentwood Bank for a reason. Here, he has the leeway to go above and beyond for the customers he serves. That means taking the time to truly listen to their needs and develop solutions that make their lives easier. Because the way Ryan sees it, true service takes a two-way conversation to discover the needs many customers didn't even know they had.
Once a teacher, always a teacher. Just ask Ryan Wolstoncroft. Although he started his professional career as an educator, he made a smooth transition to banking. A former branch manager, Ryan is now a relationship banker, where he puts his well-honed listening ability to good use every day.
Ryan sets high expectations for the service he provides his customers – just what you’d expect from a results-driven leader passionate about building relationships and helping others.
His favorite part of being a relationship banker is empowering people to be the best they can be. “Life is about making a conscious decision to be our best selves and do the best we can for others,” says Ryan. By working closely with his Brentwood Bank colleagues, he not only inspires them to make the most of their careers, but also to create the best possible experiences for their customers.
Over the years Ryan has developed and promoted many individuals to leadership positions in multiple industries, but he shies away from taking the credit. He says, “I win when the team wins!”
It’s no wonder he consistently earns high marks from everyone around him.
A native of the South Hills, Ryan is a big supporter of all things Pittsburgh. He loves local restaurants, concerts and sports. His goal is to watch the Penguins play in every hockey arena, and he’s well on his way.
“Delivering better service is what makes us the best.”
